Celebrating 100 Years at the Hingham 4th of July Parade

Thank you to our many friends who celebrated the South Shore Country Clubs 100th Anniversary at the Hingham 4th of July Parade! - The SSCC partnered with the HHS Swim and Dive team to participate in the "History Happens Here" Hingham 4th of July Parade. "Vintage Golfers", "Bowlers", "Swimmers" and "Campers" marched in the parade to highlight the positive recreational activities the SSCC has brought to the Town of Hingham over the past 100 years. The HHS Swim team also proudly displayed a banner showing their historic 2021-2022 swim season and thanked the Hingham community for "Bringing Back the Town Pool!" Cheers to all of the parade volunteers, and especially Christine Smith for chairing the parade logistics and Peter Smith for donating his woodworking talents to construct the SSCC 100th Anniversary Float buckets.
